A large non-profit health system in New Jersey sought to enhance collaboration among its specialty programs to improve outcomes. Realizing that its outsourced radiology group’s model didn’t align with its strategic goals, the health system decided to transition to an employed radiology model. To support this shift and maintain coverage, hospital leadership turned to the Medicus Transition Program for assistance during the recruitment process.
