Over the past decade, we have built significant relationships with hospitals, practices, and healthcare organizations across the United States and its territories. As a result, we can place our providers on assignments at facilities and health systems that complement their skills, preferences, and career goals.

In keeping with our commitment to you and your success, we provide the following comprehensive services and support to make your locum tenens experience seamless and enjoyable:

Travel arrangement and expenses management

We coordinate and cover all rental car, housing, and flight arrangements, taking into account your preferences and/or reward program benefits.

Medical malpractice insurance

We provide a $1 million/$3 million claims-made policy and tail coverage through our A+ rated insurance company, a subsidiary of Lloyds of London.

Credentialing administrative assistance

Our team of specialists will coordinate, as well as expedite, the entire credentialing process for you, from pre-filling applications for your review and approval to helping you gather references and necessary documentation.

Licensing services

Once you are in our system, we alert you to pending license expirations and other requirements, while facilitating any and all administrative processes to help you keep your licenses up to date. As an added benefit, we will assist you with the licensure process for opportunities in states where you do not currently hold a license. (Be sure to ask us about our Licensing Fee Reimbursement Program, and how you can qualify.)

Rewards programs

We reward our physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and CRNAs with travel, vacation, education, and financial incentives as they reach milestones with us. (Ask us how you can become part of our Preferred Provider Program today.)

Referral programs

We are always looking for quality doctors and advanced practitioners. Medicus Healthcare Solutions will pay a minimum of $1,000 for each referred physician and $500 for each nurse practitioner or physician assistant who works a minimum of 10 shifts with us within 24 months of being referred. If you know a physician, NP, or PA who would be a good fit for us, submit their name as a referral.

Extra rewards

Many times, we offer additional rewards for specific states and specialties, depending on market demand. When you sign up for job alerts, we keep you informed of these opportunities, as well as any special referral and rewards programs associated with them.
