Why do you love working at Medicus?
Are you ready for a long list of why I love to work at Medicus? I could go on and on, but I’ll keep it short and sweet. While I love working at Medicus for many reasons, the people that I work alongside are at the top of my list! It’s a good feeling to wake up every morning excited to go to work because of WHO you work with. When you join our company, you are joining a supportive, collaborative, competitive, and team-oriented environment – surrounded by teammates and leadership that continues to push you to grow out of your comfort zone and are there to support you every day.

My favorite Medicus value is “No One Wins Alone”. At Medicus, there are a lot of moving parts within our business, especially in an industry where we are placing people! With everything we do, it’s a team effort to get the job done and go the extra mile when doing so.
If you could offer advice to one of our newest hires about working at Medicus, what would it be?
A piece of advice that I would offer to a new hire at Medicus is to be confident and believe in yourself and all that you are able to accomplish! Believing in yourself will shine through in your work. You’ll learn a lot about us and your role through our extensive training program but have confidence in your abilities and your new position – you can do it! Also, don’t be afraid to ask questions along the way, we are here for you!
