This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how Medicus Healthcare Solutions, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively "Medicus", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses and shares your Personal Information which is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, or as otherwise defined under applicable law ("Personal Information"). Information Collection
We obtain Personal Information and other information about you from a variety of sources. This includes Personal Information you provide to us, information we gather through automated means, and information we obtain from other sources.
We collect Personal Information when you request additional information, apply to a job posting, make a referral, or register on the Site. The information collected includes but is not limited to:

Any information provided on your CV, (if uploaded), including educational information, employment history and references; Your reason for contacting us or other information you provide in your messages to us.
You are responsible for obtaining the consent of your references before providing their Personal Information, including contact information, to us.
By choosing to use the Site, you agree to provide Medicus with certain information, including Personal Information, which is automatically created, collected, and recorded by your use of the Site. Medicus uses third parties, including Google Analytics, to collect this information which may include Personal Information, as described below.
Medicus uses common internet technologies, such as cookies and web beacons, to keep track of the interactions with the Site. When you visit the Site, a cookie, which is a small text file, may be sent to your computer or device. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify you; they merely recognize your web browser. We also gather certain information automatically to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the Site. This information may include:

We use Google Analytics for aggregated, anonymized website traffic analysis. In order to track your session usage, Google drops a cookie (_ga) with a randomly generated ClientID in your browser. This ID is anonymized and contains no identifiable information like email, phone number, name, etc. We also send Google your IP Address. We use GA to track aggregated website behavior, such as what pages you looked at, for how long, and so on. This information is important to us for improving the user experience and determining site effectiveness.
We may obtain Personal Information and other information about you in connection with the Site from third parties including:
- Referrals from third parties which may include your name, phone number, email address, profession, and licensing or other information provided by the referral source;
- Background check services;
- Healthcare providers which may include health screening and vaccination information as required in the application process;

Information Sharing
Medicus may share your Personal Information with our clients in connection with job postings in which you have expressed an interest but only if you have signed an agreement with Medicus agreeing to the sharing of your Personal Information. We may also share your Personal Information within Medicus including all affiliates and subsidiaries.
We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including without limitation, background check services, database storage and management, customer relations and support, data analysis, and marketing and social media services. We may share your Personal Information and other information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services.
Medicus may use or disclose Personal Information if required by law or if Medicus reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect Medicus' rights or property, prevent a crime or protect national security, protect the personal safety of our users or the public, or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, subpoena, regulatory inquiry or legal process. SMS Consent
Medicus does not sell or share SMS consent with any third parties.
Your Choices Regarding Your Information
Email messages If you provide us with your email address, you authorize us to send you regular emails, including marketing communications, unless and until you request to unsubscribe from such emails. We may collect information about your interactions with emails sent by us or on our behalf, including whether you opened the email or clicked on any links. We may use this information to improve our marketing, to understand our audience, and to improve the Site. All marketing emails from Medicus contain instructions on how to opt out of receiving further marketing emails from us.
Text messages You can stop receiving text messages from us by texting "STOP" to us. After you send "STOP", we may send you an additional text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. If at any time you have questions about the text messages, text "HELP". After you send "HELP" we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. Security
Medicus restricts access to the Personal Information collected to those who have a valid business reason to know that information. Do Not Track
