What is your favorite Medicus value?
The One Degree is Our Difference. This value stands out to me because it speaks to a person’s drive, desire, and determination to push for exemplary results. The “one degree” is that “little extra” that can make average turn to extraordinary. Working with so many great people every day I get to witness first-hand this in action. The sum of that “one degree” across all employees of our organization manifests itself in our abilities to connect our physicians with our clients and ultimately positively affect the outcomes of the patients they serve.
