Medicus Healthcare Solutions Recognized as One of SIA’s 2024 Best Staffing Firms to Work For
Windham, NH – March 29, 2024 – Global research and advisory firm Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) announced winners of the 2024 Best Staffing Firms to Work For today during its Executive Forum North America conference. Medicus Healthcare Solutions was recognized as a winner in the North America 201 to 500 employee healthcare category.
Chief People Officer Heather Croke at Medicus Healthcare Solutions expressed her gratitude for the recognition, stating, “This recognition underscores our dedication to fostering an environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and motivated to go the extra mile. At Medicus, our mission is to provide innovative solutions for the gap that exists between patient demand and healthcare services. We strive to create a culture where our employees feel truly connected to their work, knowing they are making a difference in the lives of others every day. Winning this award is a testament to the dedication, passion, and hard work of every individual at Medicus, reflecting our unwavering commitment to enabling our team members to realize their full potential and deliver positive outcomes for our providers, partners, and the communities we serve.”
Over 400 firms sought participation in the program this year, which was conducted by SIA in conjunction with Quantum Workplace, an Omaha, NE-based company. Internal employees at each participating firm were asked to complete an approximately 40-question online survey that measures six key engagement categories focusing on items including communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership. Winners were chosen based entirely on the survey results.
“2023 was a challenging year for companies adjusting to post-pandemic conditions, including a tight job market, inflationary pressures, the need for sales growth, and the importance of operational efficiency. SIA’s Best Staffing Firms to Work For are shining examples of companies who prioritized and maximized their employee engagement as reported by their own employees,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “Congratulations to our 2024 honorees for fostering fantastic company cultures and keeping their employees excited to come to work each day.”
All winning companies are listed on the Best Staffing Firms To Work/Temp For website with profiles for grand prize winners. The winning companies are also featured in the March/April issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine.
