Optimum is proud to partner with a reputable hospital in northeastern Massachusetts seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team full-time.

On your time off take a 25-minute drive to explore downtown Boston or go shopping in tax-free New Hampshire only 10-minutes away.

Position Details:

• Flexible schedule: 12-hour shifts (13 per month)
  • Not traditional 7 on/7 off
• No call responsibilities
• EMR: Meditech
• Daily Volume: 12-16 patients
• 18-bed ICU
• Intensivist in-house everyday (12-hours onsite & 12-hours on call)
• Competitive base salary based on experience
• Up to 10% quality bonus each year
