• Cases: General, GYN, urology, orthopedics, hands, podiatry, plastics, GI, interventional, EP lab; no cardiac or neuro
• Support Staff: CRNAs, anesthesia tech
• Care Team Model: 1:4 ratio
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses
