Optimum is working with a privately owned group in northern Virginia that has an opening for an Anesthesiologist to join their team!


Reside in a family-friendly community with a rich history and a charming downtown with plenty of museums, shops, and restaurants to explore.


About the Position:

  • Schedule: 6:45a-4:30p, Mon-Fri
  • Rotating call, 1:8 for weekdays and 1:6 for weekends
  • Cases: Bread & butter
  • No card, no sick peds, no transplants
  • Care team model
  • Must be board-certified
  • Competitive base salary
  • 12 weeks of PTO
  • Generous sign-on bonus
  • 1-year partnership track
  • 1 hour from Washington D.C.
  • 45 minutes from an international airport
