C/A Position in Eastern VA | Established Children's Hospital

Optimum has partnered with a children's hospital in eastern Virginia seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their growing team.

Reside in a charming town filled with beautiful parks, horse racetracks, prestigious golf courses, and multiple wineries.

About the Position:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (ID rounded once a week, PSY rounded once a day)
• Weekday + weekend call - 1:6
• 17 bed acute & 18 ID residential unit
• Daily Census: 17-23 patients
• Team of 1 MD & 4 APPs
• BE/BC
• $300K base salary first year - year 2 up to $400K
• $30K sign-on & $10K relocation
• 4-weeks PTO year 1
