Opportunity Details

Medicus is collaborating with a leading facility in St. Louis, Missouri, that has an opportunity for a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage in the Cardiac Surgery ICU.


Opportunity Details:

  • Schedule: 12.5-hour day shifts, specific dates
  • No call required
  • Patient Volume: 10 per shift
  • Patient Population: High acuity
  • Must be proficient in ECMO/Impella/IABP and pacemaker management
  • Procedures: Arterial and central line placement, PA catheter/hemodynamic interpretation, occasional chest tube placement
  • Support Staff: Intensivist on-site
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be board-certified
  • Paid travel & expenses
