Cardiology APP Locum Tenens Opportunity in Southern TX

A facility in southern Texas has an opportunity for a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum tenens coverage.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Patient Volume: 2-16 per day
• No hospital bedside care, procedures, or cath lab
• Duties: Supervise technicians, perform patient assessments, develop and manage cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation plans, monitor patient progress
• Support Staff: APPs
• EMR: Scottcare Versacare Software
• Must be board-certified
• ACLS and BLS required
• English/Spanish proficiency preferred
• Paid travel and expenses
