Opportunity Details
A facility in southern Texas has an opportunity for a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum tenens coverage.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Patient Volume: 2-16 per day
- No hospital bedside care, procedures, or cath lab
- Duties: Supervise technicians, perform patient assessments, develop and manage cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation plans, monitor patient progress
- Support Staff: APPs
- EMR: Scottcare Versacare Software
- Must be board-certified
- ACLS and BLS required
- English/Spanish proficiency preferred
- Paid travel and expenses
