Cardiothoracic Surgery Locum Tenens Opportunity in Eastern ID

Medicus has partnered with a hospital in eastern Idaho with an opportunity for a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to provide locum coverage.

Opportunity Details:

• Schedule: 24-hour call (7a-7a), specific dates
• Required Procedures: Open hearts, CABGs, and aortic dissections 
• Must be competent to cover any adult cardiac, thoracic, or vascular surgical case
• Rounding required
• Support Staff: First-assist, two surgical techs, one RN circulator, anesthesiologist, ICU nursing, and step-down nursing
• EMR: Meditech
• Board certification required
• Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, walk along a scenic greenbelt, take a short drive to nearby dunes for off-roading, hiking, or sandboarding, and use the area as a gateway to famous national parks.
