Medicus has partnered with a hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, that has an opening for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide Cardiovascular Critical Care locum coverage.
About the Opening:
- Schedule: Nights and weekends, 5p-7a
- No call requirement
- Setting: CVICU
- Patient Volume: 10-15 per day
- Case Types: All types of cardiovascular medicine, STEMI, heart failure, transplants, etc.
- Skills Needed: Central line placements, intubations, ECMO, LVAD
- Support Staff: 1 MD in-unit during the day, 1 MD on call at night, APPs
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
