Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Locum Tenens Opportunity in Northern NC

Medicus is collaborating with a hospital in northern North Carolina with an opportunity for a skilled Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide locum coverage.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Weeknight and weekend call shifts required
• Setting: Inpatient
• Patient Population: Children and adolescents
• Daily Census: 18 patients (2-3 new patients, 15-18 follow-ups)
• Average Length of Stay: 8.7 days
• Cases: General psych diagnosis
• Current Team Structure: 8 psychiatrists, 1 APP
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
