Opportunity Details

Medicus has an opening for an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide locum coverage in Charleston, SC.


Shift Details:

  • Day Shift: 6 AM - 6 PM
  • Night Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM
  • 15 shifts per month

Patient Load:

  • Average daily census: 19-20 patients
  • APP census: 8-10 patients

Support:

  • Day shift: 1 MD, 1 APP, and Residents
  • Night shift: 1 MD, 1 APP, and Residents

Requirements:

  • Active SC license & DEA (or easily transferrable)
  • Board Certified
  • Acute Care certification required
  • Proficiency in intubations, central line placements, and arterial line placements
