Medicus has partnered with a hospital in southern Kentucky that has an opportunity for a Critical Care physician to provide locum tenens coverage.
Opportunity Details:
- Schedule: 7a-5p, specific dates
- Call Requirement: 5p-7a
- Daily Volume: 8-14 patients in ICU
- Required Procedures: Common critical care procedures including airway management, central lines, arterial lines, dialysis catheter, paracentesis, thoracentesis, bronchoscopy, chest tube insertion
- Support Staff: MICU nurses, respiratory therapists, and other service lines
- Must be board-certified
- Additional Certifications: DEA and ACLS
- Paid travel & expenses
