Medicus has an opening for a Critical Care Physician to provide locum tenens coverage at a hospital in southeastern Tennessee.

Opening Details:

• Schedule: 7a-5p or 7a-7p
• No call required
• Patient Volume: 15 per day
• Daily Admissions: 6
• Setting: ICU
• Case Types: Cardiac, neuro, surgical, & medical critical care
• Required Procedures: Intubation, vent management, ICU bronchoscopy, dialysis catheters, chest tubes, thoracentesis, paracentesis, central lines, arterial lines, managing rapid responses and codes
• Support Staff: Daytime critical care nurse navigator
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses
