- Offsite call shifts
- EMR: Epic
- Cases: ENT, ortho, plastics, dental, podiatry, thoracic, healthy peds, OB (no heads or hearts)
- Blocks are done by physicians
- Medical Supervision: 1:4, 2 MDs & 7 CRNAs
- Hospital setting
- Blocks are done by physicians
