Optimum has partnered with a hospital in Miami, Florida, that has an opening for a Cardiac Electrophysiologist to serve as their Director of EP Lab.
Take the next step in your career by leading a reputable EP lab supported by a multidisciplinary team and strong academic resources. This role combines clinical excellence, leadership responsibilities, and a competitive compensation package.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4 clinic days and 1 leadership day
- Optional STEMI Call: 1:5 or 1:6 rotation
- Annual Volume: 400 ablations, 100+ implantable defibrillators, 200 pacemakers, and 100 implantable cardiac monitors
- Must be comfortable with complex EP, including complex VT and AF ablations
- Current Team: 5 EPs, 3 EP fellows
- Will be working with fellows
- Full subspecialty support
- EMR: Epic
- 5-10+ years of experience preferred
- Must be board-certified
