DX with Light IR Radiology Locum in Western CO

A hospital in western Colorado has an opening for a Radiologist to provide locum coverage.

Opportunity Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• No call shifts
• Cases: Diagnostic, and light IR
• Modalities: CT, ultrasound (US), nuclear medicine (NM), X-ray, DEXA, MRI
• Procedures: Light IR procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, drainages, fluoroscopy, barium studies, epidural injections, and CT-guided cases
• Volume: 150-170 cases per day, split between two radiologists
  • 30 CTs
  • 60-70 X-rays
  • 20 DEXA scans per week
  • 10 general NM and PET scans per week
  • 2-5 procedures per day
• PACS: Fuji Synapse
• Dictation: Powerscribe
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
