Optimum is collaborating with a rural hospital in northwestern Washington with an opening for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team.

About the Position:

• Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts or 4x 10-hour shifts
• Call over the phone, 1:9
• Daily Volume: 15 patients
• Will work independently with some supervision
• EMR: AthenaHealth, Meditech
• Must be board-certified
