Medicus has partnered with a reputable hospital in northern Virginia that has an opening for a Gastroenterologist to assist their team.

Opening Highlights:

• Schedule: 24-hour beeper call shifts, Monday 8a to the following Monday 8a, specific dates
• Callbacks: 3-5 per week
• Patient Volume: 5-10 per day
• Setting: Inpatient, 14 ORs
• Procedures: Diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, upper GI endoscopy, lower GI endoscopy, biopsies, sigmoidoscopies, colonoscopies, insertion and management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube, etc.
• Team: 3 MDs
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
