General Surgery Locum Tenens Opening in Southwestern CO

Medicus has partnered with a hospital in southwestern Colorado with an opening for a General Surgeon to provide locum coverage. 

Opening Highlights: 

• Level III Tramua Center
• Schedule: 24-hour call shifts specific dates
• Duties: Provide ED and inpatient coverage, address practice-related clinical needs, and perform trauma and general surgery procedures
• Required Procedures:  Basic call and trauma cases
• Support Staff: RNs & OR staff
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• ATLS & BLS required
• DEA preferred
• Paid travel & expenses
