Optimum is proud to partner with a cancer center in southwestern Connecticut, just an hour outside of New York City, that has an opening for a Gynecologic Oncology Medical Director to lead their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the team at a new, well-supported service line. Enjoy a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities, as well as fantastic benefits and competitive compensation.
Position Overview:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Call Requirement: 1:4 rotation, 1 week at a time
- Caseload: 90% clinical, 10% administrative to start
- 2 OR days per week
- 3 robots available
- Will participate in a tumor board
- Clinical research and trial opportunities available
- Teaching and mentor opportunities available with Columbia University residents
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- 5+ years of post-training experience preferred
