Hematology Oncology Locum Opportunity in Central MI | Inpatient & Outpatient

Medicus is collaborating with a reputable hospital in central Michigan that has an opportunity for a Hematologist Oncologist to assist their team with locum coverage.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• 1:5 shared call required, 5p-7a
• Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
• Daily Volume: 10-15 inpatients, 15 outpatients
• Patient Population: Adult and geriatric
• Nearly all hematology cases
• Duties: Participation on a tumor board, ordering tests and images, and prescribing medication
• Required Procedures: FNA/biopsy
• Support Staff: 6 MDs, 5 inpatient APPs, 6 outpatient APPs
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
