Medicus has partnered with a cancer center in western South Carolina that has an opportunity for a Hematology Oncology Nurse Practitioner to provide locum coverage.
Opportunity Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4:30p
- Rotating overnight and weekend call shifts
- Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- Daily Volume: 15 outpatients, 20 inpatients
- Patient Population: Adult and geriatric
- Caseload: 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology
- Duties: Bone marrow transplant management, blood bank, ordering tests and images, prescribing medications, etc.
- Team Structure: 8 physicians, 4 APPs
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
