Medicus is partnering with a hospital in western Massachusetts, with an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum Hospitalist coverage.
About the Opening:
- Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 11a-7p, specific dates
- No call
- Psychiatric hospital - Must be comfortable working with patients with mental illness
- Patients Per Shift: 10-16
- Patient Ages: Adolescent and adult, 12+
- Responsibilities: Assist Psychiatrists with patients medical non-related psych issues, Med checks, H&Ps, intake
- Inpatient experience preferred
- Full support staff
- EMR: Epic
- Board certification required
- Paid travel & lodging
