Hospitalist Position in Southeastern AZ | 24-Hour Shifts

Optimum has partnered with a medical center in southeastern Arizona, offering a $300K base salary and excellent work/life balance to a Hospitalist who will join their team.

About the Position: 

• $300K guaranteed salary, not attached to RVU or volume
• $40K sign-on bonus
• $10K for relocation, the total amount given directly to you and used at your discretion
• Schedule: 5 days in a row, then 10 days off
• Flexible 8-12 hours onsite & remainder on call
• Join 2 seasoned hospitalists
• APP’s support by performing admissions and seeing lower acuity patients
• CMO and COS work side-by-side with you in the ICU and ED
• Open to those who want to live in town or the Phoenix/Tucson metro areas
• The lead hospitalist lives in Scottsdale
