Optimum has partnered with a hospital in northeastern Massachusetts, 40-minutes north of Boston, seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their ICU team full-time.
Position Details:
- Flexible Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (13x per month)
- No call responsibilities
- Daily Census: 12-16 patients
- Intensivist in-house every day
- 18-bed ICU
- BE/BC
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Up to 10% quality yearly bonus
