Opportunity Details:

  • Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday
  • No call shifts
  • Daily Census: 16-20
  • Case Types: Chronic disease management, hypertension, chronic cases
  • EMR: AthenaHealth
  • Must be board-certified, ABIM
  • Paid travel & lodging
