Medicus has partnered with a hospital in southern Colorado that has an opportunity for an Interventional Cardiologist to provide locum tenens coverage.
Opportunity Overview:
- Level III Trauma Center
- Schedule: 24-hour call
- Setting: Inpatient
- Daily Admissions: 5 patients
- Patient Population: Adult and geriatric
- Job Duties: Inpatient rounding, STEMI rounding, interpreting EKG’s, stress tests, performing transesophageal echocardiography and cardioversions
- Support Staff: APPs
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Additional Certifications: BLS and DEA
- Paid travel & expenses
