Optimum has partnered with a medical center in southern Ohio that has an opening for a skilled Interventional Cardiologist to join its team.
This role offers a diverse mix of cath lab, inpatient, and outpatient responsibilities, along with a collaborative team environment and competitive compensation.
Position Highlights:
- Shifts: Monday-Thursday (7a-6p), half-day Fridays
- Rotating Schedule: 1 week in cath lab, 1 week of inpatient consults, 1 week in clinic
- Call Requirement: 1:3 weekend rotation and 1 night per week
- Some general call combined with STEMI
- Cath Lab Volume: 12-14 patients per day
- Inpatient Volume: 30-40 rounds per day
- Clinic Volume: 35 patients per day
- No structural cases
- Support Staff: 6 physicians, 9 APPs, 20 clinical staff, 2 EKG techs, and 14 clerical staff
- Must be board-certified
