Interventional Cardiology Position | Salt Lake City, UT | Inpatient + Outpatient

Optimum is proud to partner with a leading client 20-minutes outside of Salt Lake City, Utah, seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join their team. This position operates in a market coverage model, rotating between inpatient and office weeks with occasional weekend calls.

Position Details:

• Coverage across 3 hospitals
• Outpatient Office Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p with no call
• Inpatient Schedule: 24-hour shifts - onsite rounding for general Cardiology and simultaneous call responsibility for interventional + night call
• Reading studies: Echos, nuclear, stress tests, and holter
• Yearly Volume: 365 PCI's and 250 STEMI's
• EMR: AthenaHealth and Meditech
• Teams of 2 MDs and APP support
• Requirements: Perform TEE
• Must be board-certified

Position Benefits:

• $600K base salary with RVUs
• Sign-on bonus + relocation up to $10K
