Interventional Radiology Locum Opening in Southwestern GA | Call Available

Medicus is collaborating with a hospital in southwestern Georgia that has an opening for an Interventional Radiologist to provide locum coverage.

Opening Overview:

• Schedule: Monday-Monday (8a-5p with call) or Monday-Friday (8a-5p without call)
• Case Mix: 60% IR, 40% DX
• Light IR Procedures: CT/US-guided biopsies, para and thoracentesis, lumbar puncture and milligrams, chest tube insertion, nephrostomy, and embolization procedures for trauma patients
• Diagnostic Cases: Majority PFs, some CTs if able
• EMR: AthenaHealth
• PACS: Powerscribe and McKesson
• Dictation: AI for stroke and PE procedures
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
