Locum Anesthesiology Opportunity in Central OK | Diverse Caseload

Medicus has partnered with a medical center in central Oklahoma that has an opportunity for an Anesthesiologist to provide locum coverage.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, five days per week
• 1:13 first and second-call rotation
• Patient Volume: 10 per day
• Facility: 7 ORs, 1 c-section suite, and 1 endo suite at main campus, 3 ORs and 2 endo suites at ASC
• Cases: Orthopedics, general, ENT, urology, OB/GYN, spine, endoscopy, labor epidural, interventional cardiology, pain management, and robotics
• No neurosurgery, trauma, or complex pediatric cases
• Must be proficient in spinal blocks and peripheral regional anesthesia (adductor, femoral, TAP, brachial plexus, axillary)
• Equipment: Perseus Draeger anesthesia machines, Glidescope and CMAC availability, Sonosite ultrasound machines
• Independent practice model
• Team Structure: 3 MDs, 10 CRNAs
• EMR: Anesthesia Touch/Plexus
• Board certification required
• Paid travel & expenses
