• Schedule: Night and weekend call shifts
• Patient Volume: 7 per shift
• Cases: Heavy cardiac cases, TEE, mostly surgeries, minimal heart attacks
• Support Staff: Cardiac CRNAs
• Medical Direction: 1:3
• 90% supervision, 10% independent cases
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
