A leading facility in eastern Georgia has an opening for a locum Colorectal Surgeon to assist their team.

Opening Overview:

• Schedule: 24-hour beeper call shifts, clinic call 7p-7a, 1 week per month
• Patient Volume: 12-15 consults and procedures per day
• Setting: Emergency department, inpatient, and clinic
• Duties: Emergency department coverage, inpatient consults, and emergency procedures
• Procedures: Lower abdominal/digestive tract procedures, colonoscopies, colon resections, etc.
• Support Staff: 3 MDs available if needed
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
