Locum Emergency Medicine APP Opportunity in Southeastern TN

Medicus is collaborating with a medical center in southeastern Tennessee with an opportunity for an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 8a-6p, 9a-9p, or 3p-1a
• No call required
• Patient Volume: ~96 per day
• Patient Population: All ages, 95% adult
• 25 ED beds
• Common Case Types: URIs, coughs, colds, abdominal pain, chest pain, shortness of breath, and extremity injuries
• Required Procedures: Suturing, I&D, and reductions assisted by physicians
• Support Staff: Physicians, nursing staff
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses

In your time off, ride a historic railway up a scenic mountain, explore underground waterfalls in a cavern, and visit an aquarium featuring freshwater and ocean habitats.
