• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 clinic days from 8a-5p, 2 procedure days from 7a-3p
• No call requirement
• Setting: 100% outpatient
• Patient Volume: 12-17 per day
• Support Staff: 1 APP, anesthesia support
• EMR: Cerner
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses
