About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Patient Volume: 12-18 per day
• Patient Demographic: Average age of 70 with multiple comorbidities, including diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, CHF, etc.
• Setting: Internal medicine clinic
• Support Staff: MAs, MORs, APP, RN
• EMR: Cerner
• Board certification required
• Paid travel & expenses
