A leading medical center in northern California has an opening for a skilled Neurohospitalist to provide ongoing locum coverage.

Opening Overview:

• Level II Trauma
• Schedule: On call 7a-5p, specific dates
• Patient Volume: 5-8 consults per day
• Duties: Acute stroke and general neurology consultations, ongoing inpatient care
• Must be comfortable with emergent neurology consultations and interpreting brain CTs, MRIs, CT angiograms, and CT perfusion studies
• Support Staff: Stroke Program Coordinator, neurointerventional radiologists on call 24/7
• EMR: Cerner Care B
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
