A leading medical center in northern California has an opening for a skilled Neurohospitalist to provide ongoing locum coverage.
Opening Overview:
- Level II Trauma
- Schedule: 7a-5p, specific dates
- Patient Volume: 5-8 consults per day
- Duties: Acute stroke and general neurology consultations, ongoing inpatient care
- Must be comfortable with emergent neurology consultations and interpreting brain CTs, MRIs, CT angiograms, and CT perfusion studies
- Support Staff: Stroke Program Coordinator, neurointerventional radiologists on call 24/7
- EMR: Cerner Care B
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
