Locum Neurosurgery Opportunity in Northern CA | 24-Hour Call

Medicus has partnered with a hospital in northern California that has an opportunity for a skilled Neurosurgeon to provide locum coverage.

Opportunity Details:

• Schedule: 24-hour call shifts, specific dates
• Level II Trauma
• Duties: ED coverage for neurosurgery cases, including trauma rounding, inpatient consultations, and follow-ups
• Required Cases: Surgical repair for head trauma, defect/deformity of the skill, and cervical and thoracic/lumbar spine; surgical and non-surgical management of peripheral nerve injuries; interpretation of diagnostic imaging
• Support Staff: APP for clinical management
• EMR: Cerner Care B
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
