Medicus is collaborating with hospitals in eastern Texas with openings for a locum tenens Cardiothoracic Surgeon to provide coverage.

Opening Details:

• Schedule: 24-hour call shifts, 7a-7a
• Shifts available at multiple facilities
• Patient Volume: 10-15 per day, 100 total per year
• Duties: Primarily inpatient surgical coverage for ED and referred elective cases
• Caseload: Full-scope CV surgery
• Clinic EMR: Cerner McKesson Cardiology
• Hospital EMR: Paragon
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses
