Medicus has partnered with a hospital just 40 minutes from downtown Chicago, Illinois, with an opening for a Family Medicine physician to assist their team with locum coverage.

Opening Details:

• Schedule: 4 to 5-hour shifts, 7 days per week
• Setting: Inpatient
• Patient Volume: 20 per day
• Patient Population: Ages 5-17
• Average Length of Stay: 11.5 days
• Current Team: 3 Internal Medicine MDs, 1 Family Medicine MD, 2 Cardiologists, 1 Radiologist
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, wander tree-lined streets filled with vintage storefronts and indie cafés, bike or jog along forest-preserve trails, and take a short ride into adjacent parklands for golf, fishing, and quiet picnic areas.
