Opportunity Details
Medicus has partnered with a hospital one hour from Portland, Maine, with an opening for a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum tenens coverage.
Opening Details:
- Level III Trauma Center
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, (8a-5p)
- No call requirement
- Setting: Outpatient
- Patient Volume: 18-20 per day
- Duties: Clinic coverage, management of chronic and acute GI diseases, order and sending patients for endoscopy procedures
- Support Staff: 1 PA inpatient and 1 triage RN
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Additional Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and DEA
- Paid travel & expenses
