Medicus has partnered with a hospital in northwestern Georgia that has an opportunity for a Hospital Medicine physician to provide locum tenens coverage.
Opportunity Details:
- Schedule: 7p-7a, 7 on/7 off
- No call requirement
- Patient Volume: 8-10 admissions per day
- Responsibilities: Admission of new patients, cross cover night patients, and respond to codes
- No procedures required
- Support Staff: Critical care physician on-call
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Additional Certifications: DEA and ACLS
- Paid travel & expenses
