Medicus has partnered with a hospital in north-central Virginia that has an opportunity for a skilled Nephrologist to assist with locum tenens coverage.

Opportunity Overview:

• Schedule: 24-hour beeper call, 7a-7a
• Daily Volume: 8-12 patients, 4-6 callbacks
• Duties: Inpatient consults and procedures
• Procedures: Dialysis oversight and insertion of temporary dialysis access required, pheresis preferred
• Support Staff: Additional MD
• EMR: Epic
• Board certification required
• Paid travel & expenses
