A hospital on California's central coast has an opportunity for an OB/GYN to provide locum tenens coverage.
About the Opportunity:
- 8a-8p, 24-hour in-house call
- NICU Level III
- Patient Demographic: Mostly low-risk, underserved populations
- Bilingual providers preferred
- Average Monthly Volume: 60-65 deliveries, with 25-30% C-section rate
- Required Procedures: Vaginal deliveries and C-sections (assist required)
- Support Staff: Ultrasonographer and 24/7 anesthesia coverage (10 MDs)
- EMR: Cerner
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Additional Required Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS
- Paid travel & expenses
