Locum Tenens Pediatric Hospitalist Coverage in Western OR

Medicus is collaborating with a hospital in western Oregon that has an opportunity for a Pediatric Hospitalist to assist with locum coverage.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 24-hour call, 7a-7a
• Level II Nursery
• Daily Volume: 4-6 newborns and 0-1 pediatrics
• Daily Admits: 2-4 newborns and <1 pediatric
• Duties: ED consults, rounding on inpatient pediatrics and newborns, stabilizing and transferring critical patients
• Required Procedures: Lumbar punctures, intubations, umbilical lines, neonatal resuscitation; no circumcisions
• EMR: Patient Keeper
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses
